Sound familiar?
  • Guards clocking in for each other at the start of a shift.
  • Clients asking for proof of coverage you can’t give.
  • No-shows you only find out about the next morning.
How it works

Clock-ins your team actually likes.

We text your crew

Add phone numbers. Ztik texts a clock-in link at the start of every shift. Nothing to install.

One tap to verify

A 3-second face check with liveness and the location at that moment. Photos and buddy punching don’t pass.

Hours you can trust

Weekly timesheets with the evidence attached. Approve by text, export to payroll, or share with your client.

Evidence, not surveillance

Fair to your team. Clear for you.

  • Nothing to install: it works on any phone that gets texts
  • Location only at clock-in. Never tracked all day
  • Workers see their own record first
  • Delete my data, anytime
